You don't set the AI up. It's in the screens you open.
These are real buttons in LinearPilot, not a demo reel.
One email becomes a few bullets — and a reply draft you can edit.
Expenses
Photograph a receipt and the expense form comes back filled in — amount, date, vendor.
Calendar
Open the event, press Prepare, and the briefing for that meeting is written for you.
Drive
Open a file's menu and act on it in place. No export, no second tool.
CRM
Pick the purpose from a list; the draft is written for that deal.
Content Studio
Most writing fields get their own AI button, and you choose the tone.
Prefer to just ask? The chat is there too — with document generation and data analysis behind it.
Tell it once how you work.
Every assistant can be told how you want something written. LinearPilot is the one that remembers. Describe your way of doing a thing once — the structure of a proposal, how figures should be written, the tone for an unhappy customer — and it applies without being asked, for you or for everyone.
Save it once
Write it the way you would explain it to a new colleague, or point at a document you already like and let LinearPilot draft it for you. It is a saved instruction, not a note you paste in again next time.
It applies without being asked
Set a skill as a company default and it shapes every member's request without anyone remembering to ask. Choose one from the composer and it stays on for that conversation. Either way the reply says which skills shaped it, and you can switch them off.
Your team gets it too
Keep a skill to yourself, share it with a group, or hand it to the whole company. An admin can set the ones that apply to everyone by default — a house style stops being a document nobody reads.
Skills apply in AI chat and to documents LinearPilot generates. You can always see which ones applied, and turn any of them off.
Powerful AI — without giving your data away.
LinearPilot is cloud SaaS by default. AI features stay off until you turn them on — and when they run, the provider is named and bound by no-training terms. Sensitive fields are masked before anything leaves and restored in the answer.
Named provider, no training
AI features are off until you turn them on, per user. When they are on, the text being analysed goes to the provider we name, under terms that exclude it from training.
Masked before it leaves
Emails, phone numbers, card and ID numbers, and addresses are swapped for placeholders before your question goes out, then restored in the answer you see.

One question. Answer from every tool.
LinearPilot reads across QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Google Drive — so the AI always has full context.
Which invoices are overdue and who owns those relationships?
I found 3 overdue invoices totaling $18,240.
Want me to draft follow-up emails to each relationship owner?
The transcript writes itself. The answer arrives with it.
LinearPilot writes the meeting down as it is spoken, tells the voices apart, and hands every block its own card — a read of what was just said, a line you can say aloud, and questions to keep it moving. When you stop, the write-up is already there.
What they are saying
The date is not the obstacle — the four percent variance is. They are saying the cutover cannot run on inventory data they do not trust.
What you can say aloud
A four percent variance would carry straight into the new system, so it is cheaper to fix the count before the cutover than to reconcile after it. Cycle counts on your fastest-moving items usually close most of that gap.
Questions to keep it moving
- 1Which item classes did the variance concentrate in?
- 2Is the Q3 date driven by anything outside the ERP work?
- 3Who owns the count on your side today?
What they are saying
A sequencing question, and the first one with a deadline attached. They want to know whether counting is a prerequisite or cleanup.
What you can say aloud
Before — and it does not have to be the whole warehouse. Two passes on your A-class items ahead of the freeze is usually enough. Your team counts; we set the sampling and check the variance after each pass.
Questions to keep it moving
- 1Could we pilot this in one warehouse first?
- 2When does your freeze window start?
- 3How many people can you put on the first pass?
Inventory accuracy decides the ERP cutover date
The counterparty will not migrate on a four percent variance. Cycle counts on A-class items run before the freeze; a single-warehouse pilot was raised and left open.
- Decision — count before the cutover, not afterWaiting for you
- Commitment — we size the sampling plan this weekWaiting for you
Wherever the meeting happens
LinearPilot records the tab your call is in, so the call itself is untouched — nothing joins as a participant, nobody is asked to admit a bot, and no invitation changes. It works the same on any page that makes sound: a webinar, a recorded interview, a call in a browser tab.
And in the room. Pick the microphone instead and an in-person meeting is transcribed the same way, with the voices told apart.
And every part of it is yours to set
Words as they are said
The transcript fills in during the meeting, cut into numbered blocks at natural pauses, each with its start time and how long it ran.
Who is speaking
Each block is labeled by voice — you, Speaker 1, Speaker 2 — at no extra charge, because it is part of the transcription. Switch it off for a call that is always two people.
Mark the moment
One press during the call marks where you are, and the note can be typed later. The block carries the flag, so the moment is findable in a two-hour transcript.
In the language of the room
The transcript follows the speaker, including a switch mid-sentence, and the card answers in the language the meeting is being held in.
When a block ends
Three numbers are yours: the silence that closes a block, the word ceiling, the second ceiling. Longer blocks give fewer cards; shorter ones give more.
How much it answers
Off, only when you press, when someone asks a question, or after everything anyone says. Each mode states what it spends before you choose it.
What a card shows
The card has three parts and each has a switch. A part switched off is not generated at all — the card gets shorter and so does the bill.
The write-up, waiting
Stop, and a title, a summary and the decisions and commitments it heard are already there — each one waiting for your approval, never acted on alone.
Finished meetings file themselves onto the calendar and export to PDF. Recording bills by the minute against its own monthly allowance, separate from your AI credits, so one long call can never drain your chat budget.
AI that answers, creates, and acts
Ask across your data, generate documents and images, and let it take action — always with your approval.
Ask
Answers from your own data, with sources. AI Chat reads across 25+ apps and cites where every fact came from.
Create
Documents and images on demand. Decks, docs, PDFs, spreadsheets — plus image generation and cleanup — from a single prompt.
Act
Approval-gated actions. The AI drafts the change; you approve it. Sandboxed data analysis included on higher plans.
Voice
Talk to it, hear it back. Spoken replies are generated on your device and never leave it; what you dictate uses external transcription, with sensitive fields masked and only with your workspace's consent.
Learn
Better every night. A nightly loop reviews the day's work and shows you what improved in What's New.
AI Team
Hire AI teammates. They run scheduled routines and report back — with the same approval rules as everyone else.
Your AI only works when it sees everything.
Generic AI assistants can't answer "which invoices are overdue and who owns those relationships?" because your data lives in 10 different tools.
Data trapped in silos
Invoices in QuickBooks. Contacts in Salesforce. Files in Drive. Your AI sees none of it.
AI that sees across tools
LinearPilot syncs all your business data into one place. Ask questions that span systems — get instant answers with sources.
Keep your tools
Connect once, keep working. LinearPilot doesn't ask you to migrate — it reads from what you already use.
Connecting isn't enough. Understanding is.
Other platforms just put your data in one place. LinearPilot understands the relationships between your customers, deals, employees, and documents — and gets smarter every day.
More apps you use, smarter your AI gets
Every app you connect adds new context. Your CRM contacts link to calendar meetings, which connect to HR records and project documents. The more connections, the better AI understands your business.
Understands relationships across all your data
AI finds what humans miss

Every conversation, document, and decision builds your company's permanent knowledge base. When key people leave, their expertise stays.
