Sub-processors

LinearPilot uses the providers below to process customer data. We update this page before adding a new provider. Where more than one provider can do the same job, such as meeting transcription, any of them may receive that data depending on which one is selected.
Providers we use
Google (Gemini API)
- What it is used for
- Search indexing, AI chat, document understanding, voice transcription and image generation
- Data sent
- Text you ask LinearPilot to index or analyse, including the contents of documents, images and scanned files, the voice you record for dictation, the questions you ask, the rows of the datasets and files that code execution processes for you, and the transcript of a meeting, which LinearPilot sends automatically to summarise it and to suggest points while it runs

- What it is used for
- AI chat on the entry model tier, including meeting assistance
- Data sent
- The questions you ask and the content LinearPilot includes to answer them, which can include material from your documents and records, and the transcript of a meeting, which LinearPilot sends automatically to summarise it and to suggest points while it runs

Anthropic (Claude API)
- What it is used for
- AI chat on the highest model tier
- Data sent
- The questions you ask and the content LinearPilot includes to answer them, which can include material from your documents and records, including the rows of datasets that code execution processes for you. LinearPilot also sends the transcript of a meeting automatically, to summarise it and to suggest points while it runs

Stripe
- What it is used for
- Subscription billing and payment processing

- Your billing contact details, and the payment details you enter at checkout — those go directly to Stripe, and LinearPilot never receives or stores a full card number

Training
Every AI provider listed here processes your data under API terms that exclude it from training their models. LinearPilot does not enable any setting that would allow it.

We publish changes here before a new provider begins processing customer data. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
