AI features are off until someone turns them on. When they are on, the text being analysed goes to the AI provider we name on our Sub-processors page, under terms that exclude it from training.
With Data Shield, names and identifiers LinearPilot detects are masked before the request leaves, and restored in the answer. Detection is automatic and not perfect, so treat it as a reduction in exposure rather than a guarantee.
